ABOUT THIS CAR

  • A wonderful 1975 US-specification 911S with full matching numbers throughout, and still presented in its original factory specification of:
    • Light Yellow (B6B6)
    • Black Leatherette
    • Shock Absorbers
    • Leather Sport Seats
    • 5-Speed Manual Transmission
    • 380mm Saftey Steering Wheel
  • Supplied new in Spokane, Washington, and delivered to its first owner - a wonderful lady called Gloria - with whom the car remained until 2019!
  • In her 45 years of ownership, the car lived at various times in Washington, Santa Barbara and Southern California; used sparingly as a second car and always garaged.
  • Resprayed red around 1980, in which colour it remained for the following four decades, and comprehensively rebuilt by marque specialist RS Enterprises of Ventura, California in the mid-2000s following a long period of storage. During this build, the original 5-blade fan was replaced with an 11-blade unit, and a dedicated oil cooler was added.
  • Sold by the family to US dealer Peter Kumar of Gullwing Motors in 2019 and imported to the UK shortly after, where the current owner became only the second private keeper.
  • Now featuring a full Dansk exhaust system, Blaupunkt Bremen head unit with discreet Focal speakers and subwoofer, upgraded fuse boards, upgraded headlights (originals included with sale), and more…
  • Since arriving in the UK, the car has been regularly maintained by marque specialists Number 5 Garage and 911 SPD Limited, and resprayed back to its original factory Light Yellow by Rindt Vehicle Design.
  • As can sometimes be the case with cars that leave the US for the UK, the car’s original paperwork and history has unfortunately been lost to the passage of time (although it’s almost certainly tucked away in one of Gloria’s storage units!). But we do have direct correspondence on file from Gloria and her husband attesting to the car’s life, which is a lovely thing to read.
  • One thing we can be certain of, however, is how well the car is presented today. The engine pulls like a train, the gearbox is a delight to use, and little modern creature comforts like a decent stereo, just make the whole experience a total joy.
  • As always, get in touch to arrange a viewing!
